In terms of, Section-18(1) of the Rayat Bahra Professional University, Hoshiarpur Act, 2025 (Punjab Act no. 2025) issued on 30.07.2025 by the Department of Legal and Legislative Affair Punjab, the function of Finance Committee shall be as prescribe in RBPU Act as well as the statute of the University. The term of the members nominated by the society shall hold offices for the period of two years and quorum of the meeting shall be one-third of the total members as prescribed in the statute of the university.
